Are Hempz products legal and THC-free?
Yes. All Hempz products are formulated with 100% Pure Natural Hemp Seed Oil, which is federally legal and contains no THC. Our products will not produce any psychoactive effects.
Is your skincare line vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We are proud to be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test our products on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused or gently used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our formulas are designed specifically for sensitive skin, including our 'Sensitive Skin' herbal body moisturizer which is dermatologist-tested and fragrance-free.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.
